Letter to IDX is an independent whistleblowing service managed by Deloitte Indonesia for PT Bursa Efek Indonesia (IDX).
This channel represents IDX’s commitment to consistently and sustainably implementing the principles of Good Corporate Governance (GCG), while also strengthening efforts in fraud prevention and early detection of various forms of fraud and other violations within the Indonesian Capital Market environment.
Through Letter to IDX, any party, whether internal or external to IDX, who has credible information regarding indications of violations can report it safely, confidentially, and independently.
The scope of reports that will be followed up includes fraud and other violations, such as:
Violation by IDX Internal Party:
- Fraud/Deception
- Breaches of Internal Policy
- Conflict of Interest
- Theft/Asset Embezzlement
- Sexual Harassment
- Illegal Activities
Violations by External Party of IDX within the Capital Market Environment:
- Indication of Unusual Transactions
- Fraud of Exchange Members (related to securities transactions)
- Fraud of Listed Company (related to listing activity)
